Barsan Global Logistics will soon be running its Benelux logistics operations from Goodman’s Kersdonk Logistics Centre in Willebroek, Belgium. The new location will serve as the Benelux distribution centre for one of the world’s leading FMCG companies, among other clients of the global logistics service provider.

Fiege will use the space to respond to the changing needs of its customer, Makro.
Goodman Group announces the development of a new logistics centre for METRO GROUP with a total building area of 235,000 sqm and a firm 10-year lease. Goodman is investing around €200 million in this project. The logistics centre will be completed in March 2018.

Goodman continued to demonstrate strong portfolio dynamics, signing lease agreements for 1.35 million sqm of space across its existing portfolio. The Group also added 766,000 sqm of new supply and commenced the development of approximately 920,000 sqm of logistics space. Globally the Group increased its assets under managed to €23 billion, an increase of 13%.
