Multiple railway and barge terminals in the area allow for daily transport from the Port of Antwerp and Zeebrugge to the rest of Europe. Other important connections include N16 and N1 (road), Nete Canal and Canal Leuven-Dijle (water) and the freight railway line in Puurs, to name a few.
